On the AP forum you posted that you are waiting to get 2 Pateks back from the service center before showing us your collection. If you just started buying these watches in the last few months why do they need any servicing at all? Based on your AP posts and Patek posts either you are spending your free time pranking watch enthusiasts or you are just full of crap. Now if you will excuse me I have to post some pictures of the Monet and Picasso I picked up last week on the new art collecting site I joined last night

Hi.
Your perception is totally understandable because of the short time I only spent to collect these watches. In due time I will post the individual shots of each of my watches including a few magazine articles on my collection and myself within the next few month.
Thank you for your comments.

I'm going to go ahead and say it.
I don't believe any of this. Prove me wrong. Take a wrist shot. Take a wrist shot outdoors. They are all your watches. Almost everybody on this site appreciates a shot of the movement as much as one of the dial. All we got was what looks like an assortment of watches laid out on a dealer/grey dealer's desk. Are you planning to wear them, or look at them through plastic. Maybe collecting stamps is a better hobby. I have nothing against stamp collectors. They put their nice little stamps in big binders and then put them in fireproof safes. Unfortunately my watches are not pampered and lead a rough life.
As we say in the trade. Give me proof of life. How about a wrist shot with today's Financial Times or Wall Street Journal. Or even the Daily Mail. And please reset the date and time to today's date on the watches.
Of course none of this may be possible if you put your watches in a safe and are away on a business trip. Or at the World Cup.
Thanks. And welcome to PuristPro.
Supposing these really are your watches, you're an accumulator, not a collector.
And your flippant self introduction is clearly rubbing some people the wrong way.
Whether I introduced myself flippantly or rubbed people the wrong way or whether I am a accumulator or collector it doesn't really matter. Everybody's perception of things are different and I am deeply sad and disappointed that instead of sharing knowledge and experiences on fine time pieces within this fantastic platform, some people are more interested in judging other people on a personal level instead. I will not subject myself to answering anymore such personal judgemental questions....you guys can post whatever you want....I still will want to learn more and will continue to post constructively and I will continue to collect.
For those who have been very welcoming and warm, I would like to extend a big THANK YOU to you guys.....maybe these people are the REAL purists after all.
The original poster's "AP Collection" looks as suspect as his "Patek Collection". I too can post wrist shots of my visit to Rue du Rhone. But I don't. I even have wrist shots of a 2499, 1518, 1526 and others. My wrist. Somebody else's watches.
