After a certain amount of photographing of the same subject u either need to buy a new patek try something different to make it look a different watch - its all in good fun - I have some great natural light no filter pics as well but you may as well see those on any website, this is a bit more of personal style

... Respectfully, but there aren't that many nice pics and wristshot of the 5970P.
Among the nicest are those that Miles uploaded here.
Your pics you've posted before are nice but imo if you take a little distance frm the watch it will give a whole new feel as you can see the watch in its surrounding, like we would in real life.
Bringing the camera too close to the dial can show some nice dials, but with a little distance you feel the real thing.
As for pimped pics, you are right, its fun and creative.
