HI folks,
Both being very simillar in all their unique ways and terms that includes,outllook-size,dial and etc.And the beating with the same heart.
If you have in your possession both of them, which one will take the most of your wrist time?
Just curious....or you can say making an wrist research,LOLOLO...
All views and opinion,welcome.
Thanks...

the VC over the Patek mainly because of its size 41.5mm over 43mm for the Patek.
On the wrist the difference is noticeable and I'm not as comfortable with the larger piece with my wrist size:
PP:
VC:
I also prefer the non-truncated numerals on the VC and the round pushers.Granted the 5070 has achieved a somewhat
cult status,cool bragging rights
and is very popular but you are also paying the price for it.
This is just my point of view and I'm sure there are many more who favour the 5070 over the Malte chrono with valid reasons.
Hope this useful to you BHK9.
Will be interesting to see other viewpoints.
cheers
fernando
5070 is 42 mm (and not sure whether VC is accurately described at 41.5 mm, but my impression is that they are basically the same size).
We could start a long thread again about finishing of Patek vs VC on the Lemania chrono movement. But regardless of this issue, I find the 5070 much more attractive, both on the wrist and off. Tried a bit to fall in love with the VC, partly since the price to acquire is much lower, but I was not successful. 5070 is a modern icon.
1) I prefer the square pushers over the round.
2) The cleaner dial of the Patek.
Hi fernando,
Many thanks on the pic loaded and inputs on both wg pieces.
Some commented that,
i.For popular reason patek is for keeping....and therefore obviously vc is to wear.
ii.IMO comparison in terms of dial VC is much livelier than patek.
Well....i m sure both are very nice regardless of which one on wearer wrist.
Again very much own perspective dealing with both the piece.
Thanks....

But if you look at older posts I've posted you'll see that I LOVE the VC too. I never had one but maybe one day I will. I must say that I would prefer the previous one, the new model is imo not so nice. Still a great watch but yours looks better.
So yes, I like the VC, It will get the second place in my top 3 of chronograph watches. But the difference between my number 1 and 2 is huge.
