as I get more time in-between packing, eating, and going to the airport for the W&W trip.

I also love the deer micro-painting. However, while I often really like the somewhat monochromatic micro-painting rare handcraft pieces that Patek puts out - it is hard to look away from the pieces that have the more vivid colors.
Having seen one of the pieces from a few years ago that had a lizard on green leaves, it was amazingly vivid in color and I am sure the snake watch from this year will have a similar appeal.

if you have the 11am slot on Wednesday 9 April. I have timed my trip to Geneva to intentionally miss all the watch shows so I arrive late on Monday night 7 April after the shows end. This way the chances of buying anything is slim and my wife still gets to enjoy visiting Mont Blanc - not the manufacture but the mountain!
