I went to London and Vienna in December. My watch was the same as always, the 7234A. My main purpose was to listen to Makela's debut concert with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra.

The main purpose of this trip was to listen to Makela’s debut concert with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. The piece was Mahler's Symphony No. 6.
In London, I visited the Saatchi Gallery, which is of interest to PP fans.
I enjoyed the food and drinks at the restaurant.
Luckily, the Albertina in Vienna was holding a Chagall exhibition at the time.
In front of Dürer’s famous work at the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna. 7234 is also pleased.
Aha! My wife heard Vienna and Makela doing the same concert

Now in London and have Swan Lake on NYE at the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona, then a few concerts in Paris before going back to Asia - including Zaap van Zweden conducting the OPRF. He did fabulous things for the HK Phil the last decade, and is sorely missed.
Only brought one watch for this 3.5-week journey - Alpine Eagle, appropriate for skiing the coming week, I thought…
