My favorite casual Patek but when wearing it, and bending my wrist up, one or the other pusher pushes against my arm, inadvertently moving the hour hand ahead or back an hour.

I have some issues with that as well... and I don't like that every hour there is a period of time when the date wheel can't be read. I really don't like date windows on watches and this one is nice having the date done by a hand but it comes with it's compromises haha.

5164 is a great reference.
I haven’t been wearing mine much this year because no travel. Looking forward to using it more next year!
The 64A is an amazing travel watch and one of my favorites as well. Your Tiffany dial just takes it over the top 🔥
