I received notice of a new book by one of the most memorable designers of the last 50 years, Patrick LeQuement (Simca, Ford, VW-Audi, Renault, etc etc)

If you have 2 minutes, please take a look at this overview of his career from the Sixties through the Eighties. No doubt there are cars you loved that he designed.

I owned a four door blue Ford Sierra like the one at left in the ends of 1970’s. It was built here in my Country.
It had a modest four cylinder engine but it was a comfortable car and a very advanced body design for the epoch. No other car had a more distinctive design like this Sierra.
There was also available a two door coupe but It was very expensive and I had married a few years before and with my first child to think about it! Lol!

To not forget Nicolas, i would mention a great French car designer called Opron.
Opron was the man behind the Citroën CX.
He hates side strips and wanted clean side views.
Just like i do, no vows and disturbans on the side panels.
When Opron start at Peugeot, the new Citroen designer put side strips on the CX model, so the car lost charm.
