...whether this is a Veloce or not, but given it has some (very cool) aftermarket alloy wheels on it plus the lack of bumpers, I wouldn't be surprised if it's been hotted up.
The Giulietta 1300, even with single carb is a fun revvy little thing, but all Giuliettas can be improved by a 1600cc with twin Webers ;-) ;-)
