We had a tremendous response this weekend, thank you !
Let’s take a look at some of the many watches that caught my eye …
Art had a “boom” moment when he ordered this seriously cool Dornbluth …
Bill must have had a major “boom” moment when he came across this epic Rolex Sub from 1963/4 …
111Forza jumped at the “boom” opportunity to get this incredible Spaceone …
Francis5 showed us just how “boom” a cool Cartier can look ….
JML told us how after seeing his vintage Omega Memomatic for the first time “boom” he had to have a cup of tea to recover ! …
Finally, our winner had a major “boom” moment when after a couple of years his Rolex AD opened this box in front of him,

Boom! What a moment…
After a (very) patient wait, this beauty finally made it to my wrist – and now even got voted Watch of the Month!
Big thanks to Captain Scarlet and the entire WristScan community – I’m truly honoured. This Daytona is not only heavy on the wrist, but also heavy with meaning for me.
Let’s just say… the box opened, my jaw dropped, and time stood still. Boom! 😁

In second this month comes MTR with the superb IWC Eternal Calendar 🙌🏻
And the biggest boom moment has to be Abel with his Egiziano. This is true love if one takes a watch hard to wear but appreciates it so much that it has to be had irrespective.

Classic entries were sparse this month . . .
. . . which is not to say 'spare'. Some truly rare and compelling submissions, starting with Bill's pink gold root beer 1675 . . .
. . . this was coming.
. . . the existence of which I wasn't even aware. Bronze boom!
Abel shared a few vintage watches in good-as-new shape . . .
. . . as evidenced by the tags. Silver boom!
But gold has to go to Seiji for his vintage military pieces . . .
. . . that involved actual booms.

Tough competition again this month! That gold 1675 is a beauty and so is that Eterna! I am sure it was down to a hair difference, and I appreciate the chance to do a show and tell of some of the watches I have gathered over the decades. They wouldn't be as much fun if no one else sees them.
