I’ll be curious to see it too - but figured at 40mm it would wear similarly to the AP and Patek. I suspect if I’d waited to see it first I’d be looking at a substantial wait list! I was tempted by the aqua dial, but went for the classic black. Interestingly, the polished center links on the aqua dial make the bracelet reminiscent of the Nautilus.

You can’t go wrong with the black dial: a classic.

If it would possible, I would like to take every novelty since ever home. just to own them all  Every watch I saw was admirable for s certain reason. I think that everybody would like to own every release that was presented at each watch show. In real lifet I’ve to confess that I need a long time to choose watches that I’ll take home. I wold not take indiscriminate solutions because I’m satisfied with my watches yet. So there was a challenge to see the new Mille Miglia this year. It is smaller, there are another pushers and ther is a new cristal design, also another dial colors are available. As said before by other forum members , there is the need to see every iteration in the metal, but I think I will keep my current version. We have a long-standing relationship together, so I’ll will not change it for something new. 

I agree not rushing to buy a watch just based on the the initial photos and reviews is a good idea. We should try the watch on and handle it in the real world. Your Chopard Mille Miglia looks very good and reminds me of happy days at the Monarco Historique Grand Prix with friends.

I little bit disappointed about the new releases tbh . The one that surprised me the most was a new release from Chopard but wasn’t allowed to take some pics 🤷🏻‍♂️

Finally, the Czapek Antarctique Revelation which I have placed an order- Totally blew me away with the skeletonisation which was unexpected.

I believe the Parmigiani will stand the test of time better. I had handled the GMT Rappa and the overall design and wearability are top notch but somehow the urge is not there.
The new 41 XPS with the LUC movement is the right move by Chopard. As with all the variants, the new dial grabs my attention but not sure if the excitement will last.
I will take my time with these 2 and see if I get the "feel" one day...🥂

The Czapek looks as an stunning timepiece and I´m glad to know you are placed an order for this watch. Look forward to your post when you get it on your wrist. Big congrats my friend.

Would like to leave some comments about the W&W🥃 rolex really have done something this year, the best could be the full gold jubilee gmt, if they would please the fan with a brown ceramic bezel🙃; the new daytonas are alright and i will stick to my old one as usual; the new dress watch collection is necessary for any respectable company🤝；the discontinuation of milgauss is sad as i enjoy it for long but don't have fund to grab it...we could just let things come and go... The new IWC ingenieur is so nice that i think they have outdone themselves 🤝 I guess in the later tribute(?) edition they may use back the old logo and remove the crown guard and that could be perfect. I dont think i will get one though as i can imagine the real market price...😎
