I'm not as thrilled with the 'counter' or 'tail' on the second hand. It seems too long to me. I wouldn't even mind if they got rid of the second hand entirely, especially if it resulted in an even thinner movement/profile.
The deal breaker for me would be the power reserve...not the reserve itself but the implementation. Breguet is far from the only offender in this regard.
To me, 'full' should be 'up' and 'empty' should be 'down.'
The hand should 'fall' as the reserve lessens. Think of it as a tank of water that starts out full, with the water level dropping as it is drained from the bottom.
It may be an artificial construct of 'full' as 'up' and 'empty' as 'down,' but I think it exists because of our observations of the world around us, in this case the effect of gravity.
