I'm getting older, so now I really appreciate such patina...haha *CL

I will have to try harder. Grace and elegance simply not in my natural gene. Still, I will strive for it :-)

if this watch looks original to you? The caliber is 354 and the reference number indicate that is it from 1952. It passes the MOY test. The color of the dial, I love it but does it come like this originally or you think it's from the discoloration? The ha... 

Your watch (if I have understand this correct, I am no Omega expert) is one from the very first/early years. The Constellation was introduced in 1952. Have seen others with Cal 354. I might even have the movement specification somewhere... Will check if I... 

The case state that this is a reference 2652. Movement number did indicate that it is from year 1952. Just curious if they did use such honey comb dial when they first came out and if the dial colored originally or the color is from the patina. Thanks :-)...

the patina indicates sun damage o the top lacquer layer. Very nice and even. You could have the lacquer removed (I have seen this system work well on guilloche dials) however you then need someone who knows what they're doing to coat it with a gossamer th... 

. . . that's a lovely early Connie you've latched onto, CL. Please, don't touch it - changes can only make it less desirable. Service the movement if necessary, but the externals shouldn't be effected in any way. Cordially, Art
