Ca '43 ref 2242, 18 jewel 30T2SC. Not chronometer-rated, but rare enough that Erich included a section in his Omega tome about this rare movement ordered by the Canadian military and the Brazilian agent, as well as a few others (notably refs 2337 and 2423). There are shock protected versions, but mine's an earlier model without.
The extra two jewels are on both sides of the center wheel . . .
