Very Useful!
Thank you so much for giving me a little direction regarding automatics versus manual wind watches. I probably prefer manual wind watches, but only by a little.
I believe I was told that Omega Centuries like mine were actually sent from Switzerland as movements and given cases in the U.S. to minimize import duties, but I am not frankly sure. As for the originality of the dial or the hands, I am sure you would know much better than I would. I purchased the watch from a very reputable dealer at what seemed to me to be a very fair price. The watch was neither guaranteed to be all original, nor was I told specifically that anything wasn't original.
Thus, I would be very interested to hear what any of the other experts on this forum think about the watch.
Regards,
Jon
