Welcome to the forum.... As Erich mentioned, any CK 2013 is something special.. your 2013-2 with the early countdown bezel as apposed to the incrementing bezel. It is actually hard to make a determination of the dial condition due to the fact your photos are more "artistic" and not for watch identification. Would you be able to post a straight on photo of the dial ?
With respect to the military issue. I would have expected some Military store markings on the caseback , maybe even NATO codes. Franco I think pointed out that Omega archive might be referencing that it was sold at a AFB PX . Eitherway its a great watch and in fine shape from what I can see...

Agreed - looks great with work and all!
Aldo does a great job - thought it might have been done since the nicks in the bezel metal were not present in the printed area. Again, a nicely done sympathetic restoration to a classic diver's watch.

that is a beautiful example. The most elegant vintage diver with the thin bezel IMHO. The hands are different though, not only filled, it is a different set, this one had the big lollipop second hand! thanks for sharing Matt
Lollipop is not a constant
The hands are correct IMHO, although they do look extraordinarily new. They could have been polished very well - they should be looked at x80 and checked for residual micro spots of rust. Not all the 2913s had lollipop second hand. From Steve Waddington's...
In fact lollipop is the exception rather than the rule
I would say probably less than 10% of these watches featured the lollipop hand from the factory.
The hands
are original and with my own eyes I can see corrosion/rust to prove it! Yes that is another 2913, this time a 2913-7 with arrow minute hand and lollipop. Regards, Chris
