What makes an Omega an Omega?
The history, the quality, the magic, the accuracy, the achievements like the first watch on the moon.
That Constellation you post is gorgeous.
Why, it tik all the boxes? I like normal second hands on a centre axle, the form, clean.
I would bring some fresh wind into it, but many would like the used look.
A tru first quality watch for thousands of people who step into the watch world.

If it was my watch, I would have the crown replaced and the stem checked. Ideally the movement should be serviced, oils removed and replaced. You then know that is been done. Make sure that you choose your watchmaker / service carefully.

. . . affectionately known as 'the dog-leg' Constellation. As The Captain has already mentioned, it's original other than the crown. Fairly common version; it would be worth getting only at a sensible price.

Mechanical problem can always be fixed but not the "seen" parts. Isn't the "value" drop if the cosmetic parts no longer original even faded. Thanks for chip in, for this one, have decided to skip it after talked to my watchmaker.
