That is a very nice piece.
Congratulations. I've always liked the ref 166.073 Seamaster 120's very much and would love to own one one day. In answer to your question I have seen dial variations of this model that state both "Seamaster 120" with the "120" centered below the "Seamaster" and those like yours with just "Seamaster". I believe that both are genuine and original and it was just an acceptable variation. It may have been the case that the dials were manufactured with just the word "Seamaster" and the depth rating was added later by Omega when it became popular to put depth ratings on for marketing purposes. This is just a guess however as the font and alignment on the 120 dials has always looked inconsistent to my eye.
It is also the case that dial variations exist in other divers from the late 60's early 70's such as my ref 166.091 which has 200m/660ft text and some you see have just 200 centered under the "Seamaster" text.

The beautiful blue and lume combination on your dial is very distinctive and I can't help but think this was the design influence that lead to the now ubiquitous ref 2531.80 SMP Bond.
Wear it in good health.
Regards,
Zac

Thanks for the response. Your watch has an interesting dial and I have not seen any of this around. Usually, such depth-rating is found only in the very old Submariner watches. I am sure you love your watch and it will have lots of wrist-time. Thank you f...

lovely condition, great patina on dial and hands, screwdown crown and case as per the 166.024 so it is possibly 200m WR. i've never seen one without a '300', '200' or '120' on it, but never say never when it comes to vintage omegas. enjoy it Graham
You are correct

Thanks for your response. I agree with you. I have just realized, all watches with this type of dial, model reference 166.073 (rectangular tritium) come without the depth rating, while all the others that come before and after this model reference, have t...
Thank you

Thanks for the response and also, those kind words. I am happy with the watch, since it is not only attractive and solid-looking but its price is only a fraction of that of the high and mighty popurlar vintage Submariners. Thank-you.
