Omega Seamaster diver caliber 565
After the wait, finally I received my Omega Seamaster diver watch with caliber 565. It is indeed attractive, since the patina, on the hour markers, hands and bezel insert, is gorgeous and even, throughout.
I would like to know, as to the reason why the dial is marked only 'Seamaster' (though I prefer this) and not 'Seamaster 120' or 'Seamaster 300', as commonly seen in other vintage Omega Seamaster diver watches of the 60's and 70's.
The dial is perfectly factory-original and had not been reconditioned or refinished. In short, untouched.

I'm not a specialist to tell you why there is written Seamaster, only.
BUT I can tell you that you have a very lovely and attractive specimen, here. So Omega, so nice, so efficient in its appeal. Thanks for sharing these pics with ius. Best, Nicolas.

lovely condition, great patina on dial and hands, screwdown crown and case as per the 166.024 so it is possibly 200m WR. i've never seen one without a '300', '200' or '120' on it, but never say never when it comes to vintage omegas. enjoy it Graham
