I had long been fascinated by alarm wristwatches, never in my mind thought I'll land on a Memomatic cos of its rarity.
Most of the Memomatics are seen in SS with bracelet, never in gold-plating, which make me curious. I did try to source for more information from official Omega vintage information but as every model do carry various different dials, it's difficult to verify the authenticity of a vintage Omega timepiece.
My 2 concerns are 1stly, the casing for most Memomatics do not show the lugs, ie it's hidden underneath the casing. 2ndly, although Memomatics belong to the Seamaster's range, they do not inscript "seamaster" on the dial.
The backcase of the watch is in SS and not gold-plated.
Any further comments and thoughts from Omegamaniacs are greatly appreciated...
Thanks again Grahman, for your precious thoughts.
