I have been using this elderly Chinese watch-maker for many years now. He charges me $100 to service my Breitlin Chrono. He is semi-retired but he does a lot of high-end pieces. No shop front any more; I have to see him at his home in Vancouver.
He makes parts as well if they are no longer available.
