First of all, $80 for "gaskets" is nuts. Of course if you have to replace the pushers then the $80 price isn't off by too much. I'm thinking $640 is still a bit high. I'm guessing you'd pay around this much for a full restoration in Bienne and at least it would be done correctly.
Is this a well established watch service? Did they disassemble the movement already to give you such a detailed and precise quote? Sounds like they must have to know exactly what parts need replacing.
Personally, I'd get a second estimate.

some how, omega repair & services is expensive.like for my case, i got a 30+ years old omega sent to omega HQ to have it service and replace the crack bezel. after a few month they got back to me with the quatation. to replace the crack bezel, service and to replace any parts that need to be replace, total it cost me 3 times of the amount that i got for my watch. so end up having it sent back to me as it is and i will have to decide what to do with it.. LOL

Hi,
I'm in Vancouver and can vouch that Time & Gold is somewhat out-to-lunch on their prices...
I would recommend Otto Friedl in the basement of the Hotel Vancouver instead. I had a 321 Speedmaster restored by them a couple of years ago for about $250. This is for the labour; I had tracked down and sourced all parts on the net.
