On 39 my personal view was that the estimate was very rich.
If this fact is then coming in combination with certain doubts it‘s going to be tough. I can not assess those doubts as I did not have the time to dig into this. But there was something there that did not help.

. . . as expected, but in general, prices have climbed higher than expected even a few years ago. Amazing. Best, Art
