This was a blasphemous prototype, I think everyone can be happy it was never released ;-)

Joking aside, as I regularly wear a 50 year old Speedie, what strikes me is that Omega just released the slightest update to this ageless design. The case shape is really unique, I am a big fan of the lyre lugs, an aesthetic touch in the generally very ut... 

but that one had escaped me - thanks for letting me know. Looks like I will be busy when/if I travel to Japan
