Omega

The MoonSwatch on a Nato strap looks like a real Omega! I had to do a double take. If it can nearly fool me, I bet it can fool a lot of people! All of these strap ideas came from YouTuber Chris, who has a YouTube Channel called "Clicky Bezel." I don't kno...  

Isn't it limited at 1 per person? Or maybe being a youtuber can help you out...just wondering....

Or maybe he bought his friend's watches... Who knows. Doubtful that he got support from Omega nor Swatch. Since he's such a new YouTuber without a significant subscriber base. And it's limited to two pieces per person.

But that's just the moon-toy, I've bought a sapphire sandwich Moon last week (hopefully delivered next week) and before getting the watch, I've received a curved-end rubber strap. I've tried (the Moon) several times during my watchaholic dinners and ?ive ...

I especially like, as I've said before, the Jupiter version, and that beige NATO looks top-notch on it. I will likely end up getting a slightly subtler shade of grey NATO when I get mine. Any word yet on the official date for online sales?? Cheers, Filip

The website does have an add to cart button, but it's grayed out for now. So it seems it's not activated yet. But it implies it might be available online in the future!

You can get straps online fairly inexpensively.

But IMHO it is just a hip swatch. A daring and extraordinary marketing/branding strategy. A strategy that will be a case study classic. 👍👍 . Personally I still prefer Gshock's strength and versatility as well as original design characters, in this type of... 

Business schools will one day cite this case study!

After the one or the other decade in marketing and communications I am quite sure that this Omega x Swatch strategy is a risky one. It adds to the over diversification of the moonwatch family and could seriously hurt the brand. Well, we’ll see ;-)

JLC could never do this strategy with the Reverso case, as the cost the manufacture it, even in plastic, would be quite prohibitive, since the plastic would likely still need to be machined after a precision cast. Assembly would still have to be done by h... 

I still like the OmegaSwatch and will certainly purchase once the hype dies down. Such a fun product and also one you can easily gift to anyone.
