Hi.
I don't think that I can help you much here but our watch looks correct and original to me.
I have one like that, 32mm in diameter, powered by a cal 500 and cased in the US with a snap back (yours in the UK, right ?) These watches do not belong to any official lines of production like the Constellation, Seamaster, Tresor, De Ville or Geneve ....but it's good to have one in your collection .
You can find the Case ref number inside the caseback then search it in omega vintage database to know more about it.
