Nicolas, this is a very special watch indeed. I recently watched a series of four videos about the History of the Seamaster on a watch blog.

After that education, i love the design and story of this piece even more. The connection to the watches from WW2, how the logo was created (replicating the gondola in venice), how it became the watch of SAS forces fighting in Belfast, wow. So much history. Its really cool that the current Seamaster 300 is really true to the original. Imo, much more then the Submariner stays true to their historic submariners (mostly because of the proportions of the dial and the very shiny bezel).
I like the strap very much, too.
Nicolas, how to you feel about the 2019 stone-dial versions in Malachite (Green) and Lapis Lazuli (Blue). Have you seen them anywhere yet?
Thanks for sharing!
