Lotta these out of Russia on eBay
These modified pocket watches. Giveaway is the sub dial at opposite to the winder.
You can see that a new dial was made to fit the conversion.
Nice conversion, but a conversion nonetheless.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but don't think Omega ever did these.

Swiss WW1 era wristwatch was made by Omega ca. 1915. Is this watch Real and original? Can anyone give me some more info about iit?...

Looks more like a later Calibre 43 to me: ...but the "Omega" lettering looks different. The serial number is not visible, nor any other markings on the plate... The silver casing bears a German Hallmark... I can't identify the maker. ???...
