It's a 14382
....model, being the deluxe version of the 14381. Late use of arrowhead markers (last seen in the 14902) makes this a nice collectible piece.
The serial number of the movement will tell you roughly when the movement was produced, but 1961, as DrNo suggested is as good a bet as any.

. . . and the dial and hands appear original to my eyes. The crown, though, is a replacement that doesn't conform to the original design, and should be replaced if at all possible. Can you share the movement number with us? We prefer not to discuss value ...

. . . of 1960. The watch, though, could well have been produced a year or two later than that. Art

Hello Humble That watch is anything but humble... its classy !! it makes a statement without being over the top !! Wear it in good health . minimal text on the dial , classic arrowhead and piepan dial ! with a 551 caliber movement!! The best of everything...
