i bought one when they first came out then sold it within months
i like the look of the watch but already had a 1965 speedy pre pro. i started to become a bit cynical about Omegas ltd editions. i personally think that if sales of the standard speedy pro moon watch start to slow down they produce a ltd edition in order to boost sales. perhaps i'm totally wrong, but if the snoopy award had been that special to them they would have produced a watch honouring it at the time or shortly afterwards. not 20 or more years later. it would have been very easy for them to change dials and casebacks them market it as a ltd edition.
excuse my cynicism, its a nice looking piece and a nice one to own as long as you dont take much notice of the ltd number. i havent got any of them now which i regret slightly.
