Whether it is in Turkey or elsewhere, generally you get very nice food. Even where we live now (a bit of a culinary desert), one can at least find decent Turkish. From my memories one could get nice Turkish food in London, too - and your picture seems to ...

No sugar, no yeast and largely no gluten. Frankly, it’s the bread I miss most 😊 Bit three weeks is doable. When Covid started I didn’t drink alcohol for 6 months (thought it would be two weeks but then didn’t miss it) as there were no customer engagements... 

I really enjoy a piece of sourdough bread, toasted 😬

The food also looks very good as I live in NW London I really am spoilt for choice when it comes to Turkish food be it a simple take away to a dine in experience and seeing your post has made me hungry for some. Marc
