Great macros, Mech . . .
. . . I spent a small fortune on a Nikon D40X and dedicated 105 mm macro lens in 2007, but it takes a lot of effort to get good shots with it; I haven't touched it since acquiring a Nikon Coolpix 5100 last year, which takes wonderful macros with no effort, but not with the same level of resolution as the SLR . . . learning how to use it should be my resolution for 2009.
