And since the price raise of the prices of Rolex vintage timepieces and the Rolex bubble since the 2000's, due to the Internet, because of the auction houses who are ready to maximize their profits even by selling watches in average condition at unresonable and unrealistic values and because of watch blogs, it has become very very complicated if not impossible for the average and modest collector to afford one. Patek is haute horlogerie, Rolex isn't. Rolex makes a formidable luxury watch that offers a lot for the money. Now, I am sorry to say that some dealers are speculating with vintage Rolex and because of this, it will be hard for me and for many others to get one at a realistic unflated price.So as much as I like Rolex vintage timepieces, the unreasonable pricing of their vintage timepieces, I don't like it that much. Patek watches are rare, Rolex watches were built in big numbers back then. For me it will be a matter of luck,opportunity and a long time before I can buy one.

I love when Maisons focalize all their attention on the tourbillon put in a prominent position. A stunning example is the MB&F HM7 Aquapod. Best.
I have never seen the HM7 in real but I could imagine its huge dimension. I agree with you that it has a very small wearability.

Vintage Rolex prices will raise more and more so if one wants a vintage Rolex he should in my opinion buy now because although prices are not low they are still human. In some years we will see those still affordable raising to absurd prices.
Another problem with vintage Rolexes is due to the large demand. Many times they have non-original parts so one have to be very focused and should have a big knowledge about what is going to buy. Best.
