I have to say that I have NEVER found PayPal to be supportive in this kind of issue.  They always seem to take the easy way out which is to side with the seller - i.e. the one they make most money out of.  My last dispute failed on a minor technicality when it was obvious to all that my purchase (not watch related) wasn't as promised.  I only use PayPal now when there is no alternative.  Just my opinion
