I must confess I am not knowledgeable as far as vintage longines and JLC watches are concerned but to find an all original 35.5mm steel Rg in that condition is a rare thing. And of course it is a special watch.

Do you think the applied gold roman numerals are not consistent with the otherwise technical nature of the watch? Bob

Only after I posted the picture of the 3 watches did I notice that the LeCoultre and the Longines have the identical fonts. Bob

Both serif fonts in a similar style, but not the same. For the most part, these logo fonts were hand-lettered and trademarked with the differences. Hand lettering was something I had to learn in art school

...and I'd certainly be tempted to take the Omega, as those gold Romans are killer, but I worry that I'd have a hard time winding it (I have trouble with those little, flat crowns!). All three watches are such lovely examples of vintage horology. Thanks f...

I prefer the LeCoutre but would use a brown strap cheers

i love the dial with roman numerals in gold with the thin leaf hands. unusual to see a steel one, i missed out on a gold one off fleabay so i could buy my 64 sm300, but it is possibly the best watch of its period IMO other than a 33.3 chrono. having said ... 

Incredible condition. Love them all, but espec. the Omega.
