do i get the impression that you dont agree with some of the T&C's Ralph
especially the banning of links to outside forums and ebay sales.
there are very good reasons for some of these rules, especially the non mentioning of prices paid for watches (retail of new pieces excepted). the forum was started with the aim of appreciating the watch for what it was and not what it costs and who is the richest boy on the block, hence the name 'purists'.
with regard to the ban on links to ebay listings, we do have a collectors market where any member can list a watch for sale.
the rules have worked perfectly well for 11 years and the people that dont like the rules usually drift off to other forums.
