That reminds me of your comment about taking the caseback off to examine the movement - I wonder if you remember that watch? In case you need a hint, it was the one with the still very stiff steel bracelet...

Thanks for posting all these pictures. I should have known I was asking for trouble! The guess game is well beyond my league. I think I can recognize of few of your watches, though. This guessing game is interesting. It makes me think that it would be fun...

. . . of the trouble my watchmaker had installing a crystal on the Mk II. He didn't have the right tool, and managed to destroy a new crystal on his first attempt. Ouch!
