Both dials are recently produced, but . . .

 

. . . they may well have come directly from Omega service, or possibly surplus from the run back in the early '90s for the 1894 Homage series. 

Omega reportedly had service dials for rg chronomètres until the early years of the last decade.  Whether they were produced in the '40s (less likely) or the '90s (more), I'm not sure.  In any case, the dials of both your examples are quite good.  Original specimens . . .
