What to look out for in a Vintage Omega Seamaster Ref. 168.022? Hope some experts here can share with me.

I saw this Seamaster Ref 168.022 pop up locally for sale. It is gold cap, 36mm diameter. It has Caliber 564 in it.
Seller says all parts are original. I have not seen it physically, will take better macro shots when I see it after the lockdown.
