Does anyone have a good image of the inside case of the Cosmic moon Ref: 3944, showing the markings etc. I am being offered this model and want to compare. Many Thanks Brian

Ask them for an extract, within 10 days is usually obtained. That will say if the numbers are correct. Mail me privately and show me the other pics if you do not want to post them here BWs Franco

...about that 6-digit case serial number. Franco's 8-digit number of around 11 million would be consistent with an early 1950's 18K gold case. That number looks more like a later model case reference number (i.e. 132.016), but I can't find that number lis... 

Hi Gator, IMO you may have misread the numbers... 3944 is the ref#, not the 6 digit number... The 6 digit number is the case serial# Usually these numbers are 8 digit but it is not uncommon to find original pieces with 6 digit serial numbers, especially i...

Hi Tire The caseback stamping looks a little odd to me , I just cant put my finger on exactly what is bothering me about it. I would spend the time and effort in getting an extract from Omega and see what they say if the movement was sold in the sq case. ...
