Thank you very much for viewing the report and for the well wishes. I'm glad you find it interesting. Over recent years, Omega has been quite active in Thailand with small and medium sized activities, some targeting collectors and others appealing to general public buyers. This PO launch qualifies for a large scale event, hence my original description of "elaborated".
As for the flood, well, that remains a major problem for me and millions other people in my country. My house on the northeastern corner of Bangkok stands in the way of the water and inner Bangkok plus the airport. The authority has originally marked my area as the buffer zone but now the water has shifted sideways and entered the city from a different direction so my house is still dry for the time being. The worst case scenario has put possible flood height at 0.5 to 1.5 meters depending on each locality. Personally, that translates into a repair cost of one rose gold Hour Vision for me
I am perfectly safe however, having relocated temporarily to a coastal town three hours south of Bangkok. But beachfront living has never been this joyless. Even freshest seafood tastes so bland at this moment. And to think countless other less fortunate victims have no choice but to sleep in shelters, only to be moved again because the shelters are eventually flooded (sigh...)
Once again, if you have a friend or a relative in Thailand and you have difficulties locating them, please try writing me at ruckdeec at gmail dot com and I will try my best to offer assistance.
