I already set that on Paneristi where you post the same post (that is deleted a day later, and you are banned from that forum now)

Thise movement is a correct 618 movement for the  6152/1.
You also she a lot of Radiomir dials in the 6152/1, most of them have movement with out a incablock.

Vintage Panerai's are military tool-watches, so everything is possible!!!!!!!!!!

Rolex never made a pocket watch with caliber 618.
618 is special made for the 3646, 6152, 6152/1 and the 6154!!!!!!!!!!!

The movement for the Rolex pocket watch is Cortebert 621 and 624. ( those look like a 618)
Those movements are flatter, and don't fit in the movement holder in the case of a 615*!!!!
They lei a piece deeper in the case

I am a watch maker, and specialised in vintage Rolexen.
I have seen also lot of vintage Panerai's, and worked on them.

So you complete theory of replace the original movement for a Rolex pocket watch movement is not correct for the  watch on the picture.
