The flashlight...
gave the watch a grey hue. It looks to me like a Luminor Due. In the picture you posted, the "grey" dial it's gone. I do not detect the typical..carbon fiber dial of the 180.
Nice pick up...I think he is a PAM fan.
I recall older pictures with him wearing a Panerai, but I’m not sure if this is that same one or if he has a little collection. In either case, his dedication to the brand is admirable. Clinton also had a few notable pictures with his PAM.

Recognizable crown gard
From a distance a PAM is recognizable as a PAM. Always good to see presidents who are into watches- watch love. Here you are to pick up the right PAM Benjamin wore at the vaccine event. PAM180, this because i am not known much about the brand.
