As said the 372 looks nicely in any combo. It’s just a matter of personal taste.
In my case I usually prefer “flat” and flexible straps in my Pams which I find more comfortable than stiff ones or “stuffed” like the one you show.
Of course it is just a personal feeling.
I show you below the second set of straps which came with my 372 of the vintage type.
The leather is treated with many crackles to give the vintage and “worn” look. It is very flexible too.
Regret this OEM straps are presently discontinued.

That leather is also very soft and comfortable compared to their alligator for instance or their black rubber strap in my pics which is stiffer then expected...
I found a lose thing for custom strap and he has crazy original Colors so I will non the less try another alligator strap at one point! Cheers!
I finally figured out...
you don't need to back out the screws all the way, just enough to release the wire end. Still a PITA!
