Damjan, I use a Canon 50D with an EF-S 60mm macro. The body is not the key component here, rather the lens - sharpest one I own!
That and a lot of trial and error to avoid unwanted reflections and to try to use the lighting at hand to illuminate the dark dial while keeping the bright polished bezel in check... crazy, lol!
