Sapphire scratch, Cash on Delivery, but where's my watch?

I bought a PAM 753 2 months ago.

I really like the shape and I pulled the trigger, though the watch is a bit thicker and not automatic.

A friend of mine (who already got one) asked me to look for a 753  because he needed it to gift.
To make it short, I told him I would sell him mine, after fixing the case and glass scratches.
While I can accept the fact I hit something, I can't tolerate a sapphire glass to get scratched; I work in a pharmacy, neither in a diamond mine nor in a garage with widia tools.

Anyway I was told and guaranteed that my watch would have serviced and returned before Christmas.

Did you see my watch?

I called the concierge, sent emails, and I was told that my watch has left Milan monday 21st...and it should have been already delivered.

First, I have no tracking number (likely is DHL)
Second, by far worse, is that  they only accept cash on delivery.
Third, the glass sucks.

In 2020 I must instruct a relative to pay € 560 cash because Richemont group is not yet aware of wire transfer or other digital payments.
it's absolutely annoying and not acceptable, I will send another less polite email.
