Pam 28 are likely to be released for purchase. If so which boutiques or dealers worldwide are likely to get them

In general, the Boutiques usually get pieces first
For the intial pieces that first come out, we usually see these pieces get distributed first in Asia, and US usually gets them last. Cheers, Anthony
