Both are very nice...
but the 721 is just a bit more special, different from all the 47mm radiomir 3/6/9 dials.
In all honesty....
it's like choosing between 6 of one or half a dozen of the other, you still end up with 6 pieces I would buy the 720 for reasons I have already mentioned a long time ago. Without those reasons, for me it would be a "coin toss" scenario

I simply wrote that I had...already...written them. I have no intention to go "back" and frankly I don't know why you...did 6 of one or half a dozen of the other, it's an english expression. It means that you are choosing between 6 and 6 (half a dozen=6)

Setting the controversial background aside and purely from an aesthetics pov, I initially preferred the 721. But then I'm a sucker for that bold Panerai script and I like how it occupies the upper half and leaves the bottom half blank..
It just magnifies the boldness of the script even more! So it's the 720 by a small margin. In more fortuitous circumstances, I'd love to have both plus a 662.. 249.. 995 :p You wear it well scratches and all! Best, Echi
