Officine Panerai

The good point about this watch is that I have the feeling to be in Italy, the word Firenze on the dial, not to mention the Firenze symbol on the strap and on the dial... and the case engravings bring a very baroque touch to the watch. This PAM 672 is a t...  

I like-I don't like it models. Nothing to do with DNA or brand history or similar considerations. It's what I call a model for the...tourists...not die-hard-grassroots-Paneristi

Combined with modern art?

to tear the enemy boat apart, staring intentely at the delicate "Florence lily" and the Rinascimental engraving of the case. Panerai is a sturdy, rough, essential (no frills) military instrument, dig?

....and on the scenario stares at a watch by Sylvester Stallone....! For me is pretty much the same... No DNA on this kind of piece, just imaginary thing, and some letters printed on the dial. On the other hand this one has a lot of hand made art on it, t... 

that's what it boils down to. I don't understand the Stallone's reference but that's me. As far as "touching some kind of consumer", I couldn't agree more. For one, its predecessor "touched" me ...  

LOL. Either you like Stallone or you don't....! Some do pay more for having those lettering ....! Either you like it or not. No one is totally coherent in life in tastes, in statements. And in watches is madness, and probably i suffer the same.

is one of a military instrument, basic, no frill timepiece. All the timepieces produced from 1936 to 1997, had this charateristic in common. After the Vendome Group took over the watch division of Panerai (in 1997) and started to..seriously.&#... 

For synchronization i am sure they will not focus on the modern art part of this watch . I agree of course with you statement. the gimmicks has nothing to do with the old military history. Therefore it's a modern, fashion Interpretation on it. The case, t...
