Agreed, there's something about wearing a massive bulky bit of horology on your wrist. Very much the opposite of the Bvlgari Octo FS. Plus the Panerai can used as a hammer in case of an emergency.

I would love to see a resurgence in these older models…I would happily join…tired of the all the hype around all the other brands, the marketing to get us into small watches…the push in that direction drives me crazy as a marketing ploy…too bad a new Pane...
