If you're looking for a smaller watch, perhaps a 42mm, then maybe consider the Panerai Radiomir 1940 PAM512 with the large rolex crown (pictured below)?
Otherwise, if 42mm is too small, then the larger 45mm PAM572 w/ the automatic micro-rotor or the 47mm PAM514. 3 Radiomir's with the rolex crown in various sizes for you to choose from

Time for a radiomir?
Guys, I currently have a PAM88 which works for me as a sports watch. Have alternated it with a vintage rolex oyster. I do know however that it is a departure from the original DNA of the brand and therefore I am considering supplementing it with a radioma...
I think you will find the panerai pam 232 may fit the bill.

The purest DNA=232, 249, 449 - 47mm.
If you think 47mm it's exaggerate on your wrist, the next best thing is a 210. After that, 190....183...and distant (and I mean DISTANT) last, but the most economical 380. IMO. The choice is yours :-) Ciao
